You can book any of the standard coach-led group classes shown on our timetable, subject to availability. These include Spin, Strength and Conditioning, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga and more. You’ll use our cycling studio, strength area and mind-body space as part of these classes. The pass does not include open-gym access or one-to-one personal training.

Your 30 days begin on the date of your first class, not the date you purchase the pass. We recommend booking your first class within seven days of purchasing so you have plenty of time to use all five sessions.

No. This is a one-off introductory pass. You pay £30 once for five classes, with no automatic renewal or long-term contract. After using your classes, you can decide whether you would like to continue with a membership or another class package.
